The Subscription
The Sunday Letters is a monthly snail mail subscription. When you subscribe, you're agreeing to receive a letter, postcard, sticker, and occasional seasonal extras sent to the mailing address you provide. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the 1st of the month.
It's your responsibility to keep your mailing address up to date. We're not able to reship letters lost due to an incorrect address, though we'll always try to work something out — just email us.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@thesundayletters.day. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations need to reach us before the 1st of that month. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Our Content
Everything on this website — the design, copy, photos, and letter content — belongs to The Sunday Letters. You're welcome to share things you love with credit, but please don't reproduce or resell our content without permission.
The letters Kristin writes are personal and meant for the subscriber. We ask that you don't reproduce or publish them publicly without letting us know first.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Once a letter leaves our hands, delivery times are in the care of the postal service. We can't guarantee exact delivery dates, but US letters typically arrive within 5–10 business days and international letters within 2–4 weeks.
If your letter doesn't arrive, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Limitation of Liability
The Sunday Letters is a small, independently run subscription. We do our very best, but we can't be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or subscription after changes means you accept the updated terms.
